About Course
Whether you just want a 121 personal training taster, or you just need 1 session to help you find your way and get started, or you want to know how to train effectively on your own, then a one off training schedule may be just what you need!
*Sessions can be virtual or in person (depending on location additional travel costs may apply) After an initial discussion to understand your goals, I will devise a draft workout schedule and we will complete a 50 minute training session.
At the end of the session, the recommended exercises and targeted benefits will be discussed with you to follow on your own, and a periodic personal program will be developed and emailed to you.
